Meet Thomas and Mary Davis, the family at the heart of Renewed Coaching. Mary started this company out of a passion to help people succeed in their business and life by aligning passion and purpose. She has more than six years of corporate consulting experience, and a rich background in the medical field spanning 15 years. In addition to all of that experience, we have both been raised in the church and have a heart for ministry and the local church. Thomas has over 20 years of experience in Pastoral ministry in the local church, and currently is pursuing a Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling.

On two separate occasions, Thomas and Mary have joined teams that started new churches from the ground up. They understand the unique challenges of organizing and beginning from scratch. Thomas also worked on staff at a very large multi-site church on two separate occasions. We can offer coaching and consulting for teams and executive leaders that have to navigate challenges at churches of any size.
